I'm a Chief of Staff and operator at startups. Currently running Operations at Airtame, previously at Pleo, Peakon, and Revolut.

I'm good at staying on top of everything happening in a company and taking things from a mess to an organized handover. Working with data, reporting and presentations, lean automations built to run for years without me touching them.

This range comes from an unconventional background: engineering, organizational psychology, graphic design, data science. I'm usually the translator between technical, product, and commercial rooms — and comfortable in front of any of them, on stage included.

The earlier the stage and the messier the scope, the more useful I am.

Outside work I'm usually building something with AI, trying to set a new 5K PB, or hosting the Copenhagen chapter of Founders Running Club. Say hi if you're around.
