Hi, I'm Evan

I'm a Chief of Staff and operator at startups. Currently at Airtame, previously at Pleo, Peakon, and Revolut — across all of them, the job has been the same: find structure, build the thing nobody owns, and make the org make sense to itself.

I move freely between technical and non-technical worlds, and I'm one of the few people in either room who can explain one to the other.

What I bring to it: a degree in applied mechanics, a master's in organizational psychology, a stretch as a graphic designer, data science skillset, and a decade across Chief of Staff, People, and Operations work in European tech.
